The repair is super easy and we support it with printed instructions plus instructional videos on the site. If you want to prolong the life of the system significantly, you can perform regular maintenance with a water spray bottle, spray-on silicone spray, and some paper towels. Very easy to adjust on the fly when my feet gets swollen. Zero pressure points on the foot recommended to a few of my friends and most of them are very impressed. The S-Works fits me well too, but I think that's because the BOA system can tighten enough to give me a snug fit through my midfoot. I still feel like I have too much room in the toe box, but that's because the lower Velcro strap on the S-Works shoes does not tighten enough for my shallow foot. I would rate the width and volume on the Zxellium as average-wide and definitely more accommodating than a Sidi. Another employee at our store who swears by these shoes has a wide foot.
