Dual slalom; the domain of tight turns and fast reactions. If there was ever a place for 26″ wheels, the dual slalom is it. Or, was it. Jill Kintner won the Sea Otter DS on a 650b Norco. Steve Peat made the final round on a 650b Bronson… The 26″ mountain bike wheel’s days are numbered. For now, though, enjoy these images from the pro finals.

- It seemed as if Cam Cole stood up facing the other way and thus didn’t realize Peaty had crashed also. He was a step behind in getting back on the bike.
