Sneak Peek: 2013 Capo

The 2013 Capo catalog is full of bright colors and technical kits. Capo is moving toward the highest of the high end with four different jerseys over $200. There are more modestly priced options as well that feature striking graphics without the huge price tag. Here’s a look at a few new products you can expect to see in spring 2013.

The Volta kit is a carry over from 2012 but there are several new color options, making the Volta Jersey available in six different color-ways. The jersey remains at $230 while the bibs come in at $280.

The Volta Jersey features Coldblack technology, which makes the black jersey as cool as the white.

The GS-13 collection features bold color-blocked graphics with some classic Italian flare. The fit on this jersey is oriented toward racers with long sleeves and a slim cut. The GS-13 bibs hold the tried and true anatomic 4G carbon chamois, which is ideal for long rides, and are made of a high gauge and carbon Lycra mix. The jersey is $200 while the bibs are $250.

The GS-13 kit is quite flashy, especially the black with neon.

Moving down the line, the Ceramica kit has a distinct look and utilizes a material called, surprise, surprise, Ceramica, which is an advanced micro fiber that Capo claims increases circulation and temperature regulation while providing UV and anti-microbial protection. The Ceramica Jersey goes for $170 and the bibs are $220.

Trying to get noticed? The Capo Ceramica kit will do the trick.

The Pursuit Jersey is part of Capo’s Corsa collection, which puts an emphasis on comfort and performance. This is Capo’s “entry level” collection, comprised of reasonably priced apparel suited for nearly every type of rider. The Pursuit Jersey is listed at $120 and the bibs, which are plain black to match up with any jersey, are $170.

The Pursuit Jersey comes in four different color-ways.

Some of the 2013 collection will be available as early as November 2012.
