Specialized had a ton of new product on tap for us to see at their dealer camp in Snowbird, Utah. We thought we would pass along some images of the trip and the noteworthy new products. In an effort to highlight Tom Boonen’s Paris Roubaix win and success in the spring classics there was a Belgian theme to the camp that felt somewhat ironic as it was delivered by a California company and set amid the dramatic ramparts of the Wasatch Front mountain range. In short, it represented the complete opposite of the Belgian landscape and culture. Nevertheless, it was serious fun and the new products did not disappoint. The new S-Works Roubaix has the smoothest ride of any road bike we have tried to date and it is crazy light given its intended use. Specialized’s new S-Works road shoes were another highlight that performed exactly as advertised; lighter, more efficient, with greater comfort, and better looks. New helmets were also on display along with some limited edition Boonen signature saddles and helmets. Take a look though the gallery for a peek at some of the new products and start dreaming of where your next ride will take you.
